Good to know – before your visit
White socks in the kids' Salt Cave
White socks are worn in our kids' Salt Cave. This keeps the salt clean and prevents staining from colored socks. Please bring white socks for your visit.
Arrival & Appointment
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before your appointment. Our sessions start on time. Once a session has begun, entry is no longer possible to avoid disturbing the relaxation of other guests.
Food & Drinks
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Salt Cave itself. Before or after your session, you are welcome to make yourself comfortable in our seating area and have something to eat or drink there.
Behavior & Quiet
Our Salt Cave is a place to switch off and relax. Please set your mobile phone to silent during the session and be considerate of other guests. This way, everyone can enjoy their time out in a calm atmosphere.
Important Notes
Our Salt Cave maintains a pleasant 70–73 °F (21–23 °C) with humidity of about 45–55%. You can wear your normal everyday clothes. If you like it a bit warmer, cozy blankets are available for you.
Socks on massage tables
For hygienic reasons, socks must be worn on our massage tables. The color does not matter in this case.
The Benefits of Salty Air
Why a visit to the Salt Cave can be so beneficial
In our Salt Cave, a fine salt mist is released into the air. This salty air is inhaled during relaxed breathing and can feel especially pleasant for the respiratory tract and skin.
Airways
Our saline nebulization creates a fine salt aerosol that is absorbed through the air you breathe. Many people visit Salt Caves to support their well-being for respiratory issues—such as cold symptoms, bronchitis, or asthma.
Allergies
Many guests visit the Salt Cave especially during allergy season, such as during the pollen season.
Skin
The skin also comes into contact with the special salt climate. Many guests find the salty air pleasant and soothing—even for sensitive or stressed skin.
Stress & Relaxation
Quiet down for 45 minutes, switch off, and leave everyday life outside. The calm atmosphere of the Salt Cave invites you to consciously relax and take time for yourself.
A visit to our Salt Cave is for well-being and does not replace medical treatment.
